Cee Fisher is an ordained chaplain, licensed to officiate weddings in Ontario, servicing Barrie surrounding Simcoe County areas.

 

She is an all-time active member of her community, participating in many local events, and often volunteers for various organizations.

 

Cee is a trained, skilled writer, with very strong inter-personal, and organizational skills. As an experienced singer/theatre actress, she embraces being in front of a crowd and is diligent about perfecting her work before showtime.

 

A British-born Canadian, Cee takes pride in having the flexibility of 2 strong, fluid voices, and allows her couples to choose the voice they prefer for their ceremony.
